CORMORANT DIE-OFF RESULTS INCONCLUSIVE
The results of the lab analysis conducted on the dead cormorant specimens cultivated on Goose Island have come back inconclusive. Results failed to show the presence of any specific disease agents, viruses or bacterial infections. MNR would like to inform the public that even though the tests have come back inconclusive, the specimens did definitely test negative for Avian Influenza and Botulism.
